About InstaPlug InstaPlug provides electric vehicle charging solutions, including AC chargers, wall-mounted and ground-mounted chargers, portable chargers, charging cables, accessories, and related installation and support services. Product availability and the scope of services may vary according to the specific offering, location, and project requirements. 2. Products and Product Information We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, product images may differ slightly from the actual product, and specifications or availability may change. Customers should review the applicable technical specifications and compatibility requirements before placing an order. Product compatibility with a particular electric vehicle, electrical installation, or charging environment should be confirmed where necessary before purchase or installation. 3. Orders and Order Confirmation Submitting an order or service request does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance, stock availability, or a confirmed installation appointment. Orders and service requests are subject to confirmation by InstaPlug. Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation charges, additional materials, civil works, electrical upgrades, transportation, or other project-specific expenses may be quoted separately. Customers are responsible for paying the agreed amounts according to the payment terms confirmed for their transaction. Delivery, Installation, and Site Requirements Installation services are subject to site assessment, technical feasibility, product availability, access to the installation location, and any necessary permissions or approvals. Customers must provide accurate site information and ensure reasonable access to the premises and relevant electrical infrastructure. The customer is responsible for disclosing known site conditions that may affect installation, including electrical supply limitations, existing wiring issues, access restrictions, or other relevant safety concerns. Any required electrical upgrades, structural works, additional cabling, or modifications outside the agreed scope will be discussed separately. InstaPlug aims to arrange installation appointments promptly. Any advertised installation timeframe, including installation within 24 hours where offered, is subject to confirmation, service coverage, product availability, site readiness, and other applicable conditions communicated to the customer. 6. Electrical Safety and Technical Requirements EV charger installation must be carried out in accordance with applicable technical requirements, manufacturer instructions, and relevant safety standards. Installation recommendations depend on the electrical capacity, earthing arrangements, protective devices, cable sizing, and conditions at the installation site. InstaPlug reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline work where the site presents an unsafe or technically unsuitable condition until the necessary corrective measures have been agreed upon and completed. Customers must not modify, bypass, or interfere with installed electrical protection systems or charging equipment in a manner that creates a safety risk. 7. Warranty and After-Sales Support Products and installation services may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties, installation workmanship warranties, or other written warranty terms, as applicable. The duration, scope, exclusions, and claim procedures will be determined by the relevant warranty documentation provided to the customer. Customers should retain their invoices, order confirmations, and warranty certificates when requesting support. Warranty coverage may be affected by unauthorized modifications, misuse, improper operation, external damage, or failure to follow applicable installation and operating instructions, subject to the relevant warranty terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. 8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Order cancellations, product returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable return policy, the terms confirmed for the relevant transaction, and applicable Egyptian consumer protection law. Customers should contact InstaPlug promptly if they wish to cancel an order, report a defective product, or request a return or refund. Eligibility, required documentation, applicable time limits, and any permitted charges will be assessed under the relevant policy and legal requirements. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights. 9. Website Use and Intellectual Property All website content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and other materials owned by or licensed to InstaPlug, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
